Where to Find It
In Self-Serve, Self-Serve Releases appears under Checkrides in the sidebar. It starts with your release schedule in a sentence, for example "Open for booking 1 month ahead, on the 10th, at 1500Z, after a 14-day waitlist head start.", with a link to your Scheduling settings. It isn't shown in Manual or Automatic.
Each Release
Every release is a card saying when it happens, in Zulu time, and which dates it opens, for example "Oct 10, 1500Z opened Nov 1–30", with:
- how many availability blocks are on those dates
- how many checkrides applicants have booked on them, and how many of those came from your waitlist first
- for a release whose dates are still to come, how much time is still open for booking, and on how many days
- a bar of the time booked and the time still open against all the availability on those dates
- the checkrides booked, each opening its detail on your calendar
Checkrides you scheduled yourself are counted separately from those applicants booked.
Upcoming, Open and Past
- Upcoming — your next three releases, with a countdown. With a waitlist head start, each says when its dates are offered to your waitlist, and how many of those offers are awaiting an answer.
- Open for booking — releases that have happened whose dates are still to come.
- Past — releases whose dates have all gone by. Show earlier releases goes further back.
Every release is worked out from your current release schedule, so after you change it the page describes the dates each release opens now.
