Viewing Offer History for an Applicant
To view the history of checkride offers sent to a specific applicant, click on their card in the Waitlist view to open their detail page. The offer history section shows every offer that has been sent to this applicant, including both scheduler-generated offers and manually created ones.
Offer Status Types
Each offer in the history has one of the following statuses:
- Sent — The offer has been sent to the applicant and is awaiting their response.
- Accepted — The applicant accepted the offer, and it became a confirmed checkride.
- Declined — The applicant explicitly declined the offer.
- Expired — The applicant did not respond within the expiration window.
Dates and Timing
Each offer entry shows the date and time the offer was sent and, if applicable, when the applicant responded. This timing data helps you understand how quickly applicants are engaging with offers and whether the turnaround time is reasonable.
Identifying Patterns
The offer history is particularly useful for identifying patterns. If you notice that a specific applicant frequently declines offers, it may indicate a scheduling mismatch. Common reasons include:
- The offered times do not work for the applicant's schedule.
- The locations do not match their preferences.
- The checkride dates are too close or too far in the future.
- The applicant is not yet ready but has not updated their status.
Using Offer History for Manual Scheduling
When the scheduler has difficulty placing an applicant, the offer history tells you what has been tried and what has not worked. You can use this information to manually create a checkride at a time and location that better suits the applicant. A quick message through the platform to ask about their preferences can often resolve persistent scheduling mismatches.
