Overview
After your checkride is complete, your DPE may send you a receipt showing the charges, payments, and balance for the checkride. Receipts appear on your dashboard and can be viewed or printed at any time.
Finding Your Receipts
Log in and go to your applicant dashboard. If you have any completed checkrides with receipts, a Receipts tab appears in the tab bar. Click it to see all your receipts.
Each receipt is listed by checkride type, the DPE's name, and the checkride date. The receipt number is shown on the right side of each row.
Viewing a Receipt
Click on a receipt row to expand it. The receipt shows:
- DPE business information — The DPE's business name, address, phone, and email.
- Your information — Your name, email, and phone number on file.
- Service — The checkride type, date, and testing location.
- Charges — Itemized list of fees (checkride fee, travel fee, etc.) with the total.
- Payments — Itemized list of payments received with the total.
- Balance Due — The remaining amount after payments. If fully paid, this shows $0.00 with a "PAID IN FULL" badge.
- Notes — Any additional notes from the DPE (if provided).
Printing a Receipt
With a receipt expanded, click the Print Receipt button at the top of the receipt. This opens your browser's print dialog. The receipt is formatted for clean printing — only the receipt content appears on the printed page, without any navigation or dashboard elements.
Receipt Revisions
If your DPE revises a receipt (for example, to correct a charge), you will automatically see the updated version. To view earlier versions, click Older versions below the current receipt. Each version shows its revision number and date, so you can track what changed.
Questions About a Receipt
If you have questions about a charge on your receipt, contact your DPE directly using the Messages feature on the platform. Your DPE can revise the receipt if a correction is needed.
Receipt Not Issued
If your checkride is complete but no receipt has been issued, contact your DPE through the Messages feature and ask them to send one.
