Why Join Multiple Waitlists
There is no limit to how many DPE waitlists you can join. Being on multiple waitlists increases your chances of getting a checkride sooner, since different DPEs have different availability and scheduling patterns. It also gives you location flexibility — you may get an offer at a more convenient location from one DPE before another.
Viewing All Your Waitlists
Click My Waitlists in the sidebar to see all your active waitlist entries in one place. Each entry shows the DPE's name, your checkride type, your selected locations, and any pending offers. This view makes it easy to compare your status across multiple DPEs at a glance.
Managing Offers from Multiple DPEs
If you receive checkride offers from more than one DPE, review the details of each — date, time, location, and fees — and accept the one that works best for you. When you accept an offer, all other pending offers you have for the same checkride type are automatically declined on your behalf, so you do not need to manually decline each one.
If you receive an offer that does not work for your schedule, decline it promptly. Declining an offer does not affect your position on that DPE's waitlist — you remain in the same place and can still receive future offers from them. Declining quickly also frees the DPE to offer that slot to someone else without delay, which benefits everyone on the waitlist.
