Email Support
The fastest way to get help is to send an email to admin@dpewaitlist.com. This reaches the DPE Waitlist support team directly. Use email for:
- Account issues (cannot log in, email verification problems, account compromise)
- Billing and subscription questions
- Data or privacy requests
- Any urgent issue that needs personal attention
In-App Feedback
DPE Waitlist includes a built-in feedback feature for reporting bugs and requesting features. You can access it from within the platform — look for the Feedback option in the user menu or footer. The feedback form lets you:
- Report a bug — Describe something that is not working correctly.
- Request a feature — Suggest a new feature or improvement.
- General feedback — Share any other thoughts about the platform.
Feedback submitted through the in-app form is tracked and reviewed by the development team.
Reporting a Bug: What to Include
When reporting a bug, include as much detail as possible so the team can reproduce and fix the issue quickly:
- What you were doing — Describe the steps you took before the issue occurred. For example: "I was creating an endorsement for a student and clicked Save."
- What happened — Describe the unexpected behavior. For example: "The page showed a blank error message and the endorsement was not saved."
- What you expected — Describe what you thought should happen. For example: "The endorsement should have been saved and I should have been redirected to the endorsement list."
- Browser and device — Mention which browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.) and device (desktop, iPhone, etc.) you are using.
- Screenshots — If possible, include a screenshot or screen recording showing the issue. Visual evidence is extremely helpful for diagnosing problems.
Response Times
The DPE Waitlist team aims to respond to support emails within one business day. Bug reports submitted through the in-app feedback form are reviewed regularly. Urgent issues (account access, data concerns) are prioritized.
Feature Requests
Feature requests are welcome and actively tracked. When you submit a feature request, it is added to the development backlog and considered alongside other requests. While not every request can be implemented, your input directly influences the platform's development priorities. Popular requests that align with the platform's mission are given priority.
